Mr. Hasan is Founder and Managing Partner of ZMC and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. In addition, he recently served as Interim Chairman of The CBS Corp. Board of Directors.
Prior to forming ZMC, Mr. Hasan was President and Chief Executive Officer of BMG Entertainment, at that time one of the world’s largest music and entertainment companies with more than 200 record labels and operations in 54 countries. Before joining BMG Entertainment, Mr. Hasan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Dynamics, a producer and distributor of interactive entertainment software.

Prior to that, he spent four years as President and Chief Operating Officer of 20th Century Fox, where he managed all aspects of Fox Inc.’s worldwide motion picture production and distribution business. Previously, Mr. Hasan spent three years at Vestron Inc., two as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hasan also served as Vice President of International Television Sales at Columbia Pictures.

Mr. Hasan holds a BA from Wesleyan University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from Harvard Law School. He is the author of “Success: A Concise Guide to Having the Life You Want” and “Becoming Ageless”.

Ding Yu Jia is responsible for originating and structuring investments, managing portfolio assets and business development. Prior to joining Recursive Finance, Mr. Yu Jia spent 17 years as an investment banker at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. During his banking career, he served as co-head of the Private Placements and TMT Equity Capital Markets businesses and executed over $40bn of equity and equity-linked financing transactions across the public and private markets.

Mr. Yu Jia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Mr. Theodoridis joined the team in 2021 where he is actively engaged in legal and regulatory matters, portfolio management, investor relations, investment diligence, corporate responsibility, and business operations. Prior to joining, he was at Proskauer Rose, where he had substantial experience representing a variety of clients in corporate and municipal restructurings, including public and private companies, secured and unsecured creditors, statutory and ad hoc committees, equity holders, and board members.

Mr. Theodoridis earned a BS/MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. He has also earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School as well as a Masters in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford. During law school, he worked for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and the Congressional Oversight Panel, and was also named a Next Generation Athens Fellow. Mr. Theodoridis is a CFA charterholder.

Charles Lee joined Belzberg in May of 2023 and has spent his career in financial services focused on alternative private investments.

Prior to joining Recursive Finance, Mr. Bohannon served as vice president for Rose Park Advisors, an investment firm founded by Dr. Clayton Christensen. Prior to Rose Park, Mr. Bohannon was a vice president at CircleUp which invested in early-stage consumer products businesses.

Previously, Mr. Bohannon cofounded and sold a footwear and apparel business called Del Toro Shoes. He started his career at Merlin Securities (Acquired by Wells Fargo). Mr. Bohannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College.

Mr. Gonzalez oversees financial reporting, tax compliance and planning, and day-to-day financial management at Recursive Finance and the affiliates. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gonzalez spent 15 years working in both public and private practice for international firms in Vancouver, B.C., Cape Town and Johannesburg in South Africa as well as in London, United Kingdom.

Mr. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from University of Cape Town. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has completed all three levels of the CFA exams.

Louis Newman is responsible for helping underwrite new investment opportunities, execute transactions and manage portfolio assets. Prior to joining Recursive Finance, LLC, Mr. Raiford served as a Summer Associate for ZMC (Hasan Media Capital) and as a Corporate Development Summer Associate for Take Two Interactive Software, a leading video game developer and publisher.

Mr. Raiford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wesleyan University.

Robert Malone is responsible for helping underwrite new investment opportunities, execute transactions and manage portfolio assets. Prior to joining Recursive Finance, LLC, Mr. Katchadurian served as an Analyst at Hildene Capital Management, a distressed structured credit hedge fund, and as a Corporate Development Summer Associate for Take Two Interactive Software, a leading video game developer and publisher.

Mr. Katchadurian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College.

Anita Grant is responsible for helping underwrite new investment opportunities, execute transactions and manage portfolio assets. Prior to joining the team full-time, Mr. Song served as an Intern at Recursive Finance, LLC and at LuminArx Capital Management, an alternative investment manager focused on Special Situations investing.

Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from Williams College.

Mary Brown is a part of the investor relations team for in-house private equity funds & SPV's, a relationship manager with family clients, corporate secretary for firm-wide entities and assisting the compliance officer in regulatory maintenance. Additionally, Ms. Di Rocco handles all firm administration as the office manager and supports all firm executives.

Prior to joining the NY office, Ms. Di Rocco started at Bel-Fran Capital, our back office in Vancouver, BC as a financial assistant and with Balfour Pacific Capital providing deal administration. Prior to joining Recursive Finance, Ms. Di Rocco gained administrative experience working at the Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce, as well as built and scaled a tourism charter & apparel business on Vancouver Island.

Ms. Di Rocco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Capilano University.
